Buckthorn Bark herb (4:1 concentration) is commonly used as a laxative to treat chronic and acute constipation that has no harsh side effects like most over-the-counter laxatives. Buckthorn is also used for organ health, intestinal health, as well as combating infections or similar dysfunctions. This ingredient may be added to foods and beverages or smoothies and green drinks.
