I started taking PABA powder at the recommendation of my doctor due to my thyroid autoimmune disease. Along with my thyroid medication the PABA is helping me with my chronic low energy levels and as a side benefit it has helped with keeping my overall skin looking healthy and plump (as an anti-aging plus). I take the PABA daily about a level teaspoon dissolved in warm water and a little juice. It's very tart but otherwise when taken daily is easy to get used to. My energy levels took a while to come up, it took a good month for me to see the difference. Now I feel better and my doctor says that my thyroid levels are evening out . I have now taken this PABA brand for more than 6 months. I will continue to purchase this brand, it's very reasonably priced and ships fairly quickly.
