Gymnema Sylves is known as the destroyer of sugar and helps regulate sugar metabolism and weight gain. It has also been shown to benefit those with blood sugar imbalances and similar dysfunctions. Gymnema Sylves is well known for its anti-bacterial properties and benefits to the cardiovascular system overall. It is a light-green-to-brown powder.
