Wormwood (Artemisia Absinthium) is derived from the Wormwood Shrub and grows up to 3 ft. tall in Eurpose, Asia, Africa and the United States. in more temperate zones. Wormwood has been used traditionally to expel worms and parasites, soothe the digestive system, and improve overall immune function. The active bitter compounds (absithin and anabsinthin) help improve digestive system processes and nourish the organs for more efficient operation. This is the highest quality Wormwood Extract (4:1 Concentrate) available on the market in raw, powder form. This ingredient may be added to foods and beverages or smoothies and green drinks.
