100gm Distilled Water
145gm Potassium Iodide
Mix in Clean Glass Container
Stir with Glass or Plastic Utensil Until Completely Dissolved
Calculations of Concentrations:
15 Drops/ml = 764mg Iodide
2 Drops = 100mg Iodide – 130mg KI Tablet
1 Drop = 50mg Iodide = 333% RDI
Lugol’s Solution
5% Solution – Total Iodine = 130mg/ml

Suggested Dosage: 1 to 4 Drops
Note: How to Test for Iodine Deficiency
