Filter Stages:

Stage 1 (6 months):

The Pre-Sediment stage reduces the amount of sediment, dirt, sand and turbidity in the water supply.

Stage 2 (6 months):  

The Pre-Carbon stage reduces the amount of chlorine, organic chemicals, and fluoride found in most water sources.

Stage 3 (2-4 years):  

The Reverse Osmosis Membrane stage reduces the amount of TDS, hardness, heavy metals, arsenic, bacteria, viruses, pharmaceutical drugs, nitrates and smaller sized sediments that make their way passed the carbon filters.

Stage 4 (1 year):

During the Mineral & Alkaline Balancing stage, the natural rebalance process occurs. This purifies the drinking water with healthy minerals to create a healthy alkaline pH levels.

Stage 5:

Although this system can operate with hardness levels above 10 grains, the recommended hardness not to exceed 10 grains per gallon, or 170ppm. Please note that the membrane life of the system may be shortened if operated with increased hardness levels. By adding water softener, you may be able to lengthen the membrane life.

Note:

The operating pressure in your home should be tested over a 24-hour period to attain the maximum pressure. If it is above 100 psi, then a pressure regulator will be required.
